How long to wait for this one, overriding DevStack.commandTimeout.

The command that needs it is the one that does not intend to finish: a logs that tails, a watch. Give it a few seconds — the wait ends, the output collected so far is what comes back, and the process is left alone. See DevStack.commandTimeout for why nothing is killed.
