Everything else the stack's CLI can do: logs, restart, recreate, prune.

Each spawns a new process. There is deliberately no way to write to a running stack's stdin: a stack that outlives the GUI has no stdin to write to, and every tool that offers real control offers it over a socket or an HTTP port, which is another command.
