String const shellChanges

fw:///worktrees/<worktree>/changes — what this checkout has changed against its base branch, committed and uncommitted together.

Reserved on the same terms as shellConfig, and in the plugin slot for the same reason: one thing per worktree, mounted where a panel mounts.

The one that is different in kind: it reads git rather than the project, so unlike every other id in this slot it renders for a worktree that is not open. Naming it must therefore not spend a config subprocess — see ShellController.go.
