doubleTapGap property

Duration doubleTapGap
getter/setter pair

Default gap between doubleTap's two taps — real elapsed time, and the one thing about that verb that is not free to be zero.

80ms sits in the middle of the only window that works: above kDoubleTapMinTime (40ms), below which the recognizer treats the pair as one restarted tap, and well under kDoubleTapTimeout (300ms), after which it is two separate taps.
