DevbarHttpClient class

An http.Client that shows every request it carries.

It reports to both surfaces, and a project wires neither. Every mounted devbar gets the exchange in two halves, so its Network tab shows a request while it is still in flight. A scenario run gets it in one piece when it is over, on the step's Events pane — which is why a suite whose fakes sit under package:http needs no reporting code of its own.

The completed exchange is reported through recordAppEvent like anything else, tagged source: DevbarHttpClient. A mounted devbar registers with a matching ignoreSource and skips it, because it was handed the two halves already — but the scenario buffer and any listener a project registered itself still see it, which writing straight to the buffer would have denied them.
