Whether anything outside the system subchannel differs.

The verdict's half of a rule the read side already applies — "system is left out unless channel names it: it is most of the volume and none of the signal." The display got that default when it was separated from the comparison; the verdict kept reading changed, so a step whose only difference was a router's per-process pageKey still reported itself a finding. Measured on a consumer's comment-only diff: 19 of 51 scenarios changed, every delta system.

The chatter is still compared and still carried — deltas keeps it, so a reader chasing a focus or keyboard bug has the door — it just cannot make a finding on its own.
