UsbDiscovery class
USB discovery source.
Emits a finite stream of DiscoveredPrinters from a single platform enumeration pass. Feeds DiscoveryService.discoverAll alongside UDP broadcast/multicast and BLE. One-shot — use hotplugStream for live attach/detach updates.
