runAsyncRestartable method

void runAsyncRestartable(Future<void> task(ZenithCancellationToken token))

Runs task with a fresh ZenithCancellationToken, cancelling any previously active task's token before starting.

This models the restartable concurrency strategy: only the latest invocation's result is relevant; earlier results are discarded.
