VlessSubscriptionParser class

Offline importer for share-link lists and supported subscription payloads.

Handles supported plain/base64 link lists, Xray JSON profiles, and selected Clash/sing-box proxy definitions. Conversion of other formats covers their supported proxy fields, not every routing or service setting of the source format. The importer never downloads a subscription URL.
