SafaehMorphingAppBarAction class

Fades a page-specific action in and out around targetPage.

Place several instances in a Stack returned by SafaehMorphingAppBar.actionsBuilder. The action accepts input only when its opacity reaches interactiveThreshold, so an outgoing action does not intercept taps during the transition.
