SafaehEndAsideLayout class

Places aside in the end gutter of a centered content band.

leftOffset is a physical left inset (use a forced-LTR Row), not a start inset. Pass isRtl so the aside sits on the end. Hisab computes offsets via LayoutBreakpoints.contentBandMetrics.
