SafaehContentAlignedFabLocation class

Positions the scaffold FAB beside a content band on wide layouts.

Placement follows textDirection: end of the band (right in LTR, left in RTL). Hosts decide when to fall back to FloatingActionButtonLocation.endFloat — see resolve.
