WindowsMsStoreDistributor class
Publish the app in the Microsoft Store via the Microsoft Store Developer CLI.
It does not build the app, but publishes the packages built via build msix --store.
The app must have been submitted manually once before.
The msstore executable must be installed, e.g. via microsoft-store-apppublisher.
