BundleUiWriteAdapter class

Write adapter that implements UiPort from mcp_bundle.

Converts programmatically generated UI definition JSON into bundle-compatible sections. Returns UiWriteOutput containing UiSection and manifestMetadata map.

Single-direction adapter: toDefinition and toAppInfo throw UnsupportedError.
