Main class for flutter_kore application

It contains global InstanceCollection and EventBus It performs initial setup for interactors, wrappers and parts (register builders for interactors and register singletons)

Do not forget to setup KoreApp.cacheGetDelegate and KoreApp.cachePutDelegate before calling initialize
