Subscription change that is not in effect yet; null when none is pending. On Google Play (Billing Library 7.0+), when purchaseState is purchased, the requested change is still unpaid. On Amazon, it is a term change deferred to the next renewal, on the current receipt. Keep the current plan's access only while it stays active. Start the requested change only when it takes effect: on Google Play when its own token is reported as purchased, on Amazon at the next renewal.
