SttBackendProvider class abstract

A pluggable STT backend (LiteRT C API, or a third-party backend). Same probe-chain shape as EmbeddingBackendProvider/InferenceEngineProvider: selected by probing the STT model spec, highest-priority first match.

Passed to FlutterEdgeAi.initialize via sttBackends:.
