CockpitPerfettoTrace class final

Perfetto trace metadata returned by the VM Service, with optional raw data.

The base64 payload is deliberately omitted from normal toJson output and included only by complete exports. This keeps integration-test result transport compact while preserving an exact trace for offline analysis.
