setAT method

Sends SET 'AUTHENTICATION TEMPLATE FOR MUTUAL AUTHENTICATION' command to ICC. ICC if it is ready returns (90 00) or not ready (not 90 00) - throws exception. Can throw ICCError or ComProviderError.
