Logs the values that drive CarPlay image sizing — the car's displayScale, CPListItem.maximumImageSize, and each image's pixel dimensions before and after rendering — to the iOS system log.

These numbers differ between the Xcode CarPlay simulator and a real head unit, so enable this when icon sizing looks wrong on one but not the other. Takes effect on the next template sent to the native side.
