getVersionInfo method

Future<VersionModel> getVersionInfo({ String pubspecPath = 'pubspec.yaml', })

Reads the pubspec.yaml file and extracts the version information.

Throws ReleaseManagerException if the file is missing or malformed, or if required fields like name or version are absent.
