UsageDescriptionAudit class

Checks Info.plist usage-description strings (NSCameraUsageDescription, NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription, ...): keys present but left blank, Apple-mandated key pairings that are missing, and keys missing entirely for permissions the app's dependencies actually request.
