ScreenMirrorHandle class

Handle returned by FlutterAndroidShell.screenMirrorToTcp.

Exposes the loopback TCP port the raw H264 stream is served on and a stop method to tear down both the server and the underlying adb process at any time (e.g. from a "stop" button, avoiding a fixed timeout). Whether the session is also being recorded is fixed at start via the recordFile argument and reported by isRecording.
