keyNotPersisted property
True when the wizard recorded this entry while its key write degraded to session-only (gh-1679): the entry carries a visible "key not persisted" marker so the next boot surfaces the degradation while the slot stays empty. Cleared by a later successful save of keyName and never written to yaml when false (existing configs stay byte-identical).
