DEC 2026 synchronized output tri-state for the TUI. Null (default) = auto-detect via DECRQM; FA_TUI_SYNC=1 forces BSU/ESU framing for terminals that support ?2026 but not the query; FA_TUI_SYNC=0 forces legacy writes (deterministic fallback path).
