Per-call judge/summarizer budget seconds (compaction. judgeBudgetSeconds, issue #541), resolved by the host from the user config. null keeps the 300s default — the knob exists for giant marathon sessions whose judge cannot answer within 300s. NOTE: the knob scales only the per-attempt budget — the whole-run totalBudget (default 15 min) is NOT scaled, so values above 300s shorten the retry ladder.
