Injected stty runner (issue #735): routes BOTH the TUI's boot-time
termios sanitize and the TermiosGuard's post-tool-phase re-asserts
through a fake — headless tests model the tty with it. Null in
production (real stty subprocesses; the guard no-ops without a
terminal, so non-TUI hosts are unaffected).
