int const sessionHeavyScanWarnBytes

Session file size above which the heavy-read surfaces (resume, the fa trajectory verbs, session_search, fa session info) warn before scanning (issue #1882 AC3): no silent GB-scale operations. The warning carries the EXACT size plus the hygiene escapes. Rendered through the shared formatSessionBytes (session_storage.dart).
