parseTuiSection function

TuiSectionConfig parseTuiSection(Object? node)

Parses the tui: yaml section. Strict (the repo's ConfigException conventions): a non-map node, a bad scalar or an unknown key throws — a typo must never silently skip a section. Absent section → defaults.
