Map<String, int> const catalogMaxImages

Measured per-model unique-image caps (issue #1750): only values actually observed from the provider — invented limits rot. Absent id = no per-model knowledge, the global images.maxPerRequest default applies. images.perModel.<modelId> config beats this (user truth beats built-ins).
