skillToggles property
The GLOBAL per-skill on/off toggles (skills: section of
~/.fah/config.yaml, issue #1151): skill name → enabled. The CLI
seeds its live view from this at first resolution;
/skills NAME global mutates the live view and the host persists it
through onSkillTogglesChanged.
