autoUpdate property

AutoUpdateMode autoUpdate
getter/setter pair

The self-update policy (issue #1377, auto_update yaml key), plumbed from CliConfig.autoUpdate by the host at boot. Mutable: the settings-hub flow updates it after a successful persist — the same live-override pattern as liveCompactionEngine.

Implementation

AutoUpdateMode autoUpdate = AutoUpdateMode.notify;
