customProviders property
The saved custom providers (the customProviders: config section) —
the registry leg of chain-name resolution (issue #1552): a chain
entry naming one of these entries (provider: aiai) resolves through
the entry's apiType spec, with the entry's baseUrl/keyName as
defaults where the ref omits them. Empty (default) = the legacy
catalog-only surface; nothing existing changes shape.
