transientRetryBufferThinking top-level property
The #964 escape hatch (issue #1323): when true, PRE-commit thinking deltas buffer like the start event until the first visible delta (or the terminal) commits — a pure-reasoning phase renders as silence and a mid-reasoning drop replays with no trace. Default false: the first thinking delta commits the attempt, reasoning streams live, and a mid-reasoning transport death resumes from the streamed prefix (never a from-scratch replay — that would duplicate thinking the host already rendered). Global like transientRetryNotice: the wrap happens deep inside providerStreamFunction, far from any host io.
