ImageCapLearnedNotice typedef

ImageCapLearnedNotice = void Function(String modelId, int cap)

Host-visible learned-cap notice (issue #1750): fired ONCE when a provider image-count refusal teaches the loop a smaller cap — names the model and the learned cap before the per-image drop lines follow. Same pattern as imageDropNotice.
