Every key name a resolved queue entry references (gh-1781): its apiKeyEnv, its refreshTokenEnv (chatgpt-codex, issue #1704), and the DEFAULT Keychain slot for a chatgpt-codex entry that named no apiKeyEnv — the saved-login slot the secure store holds.
