contextWindowRegistry property
The shared per-model context-window registry (gh-1742 invariant 2):
when present, every child resolves its compaction window and its
loop-guard basis from the SAME registered value the main agent and
the ctx meter use — a live detection or /model-edit published
after the session booted reaches children spawned afterwards.
Null = the carried model.contextWindow (legacy behavior).
