discoverableIds property
Enabled ids hidden from the schema by the active load mode (issue
#680): discoverable, mountable on demand through the gate. Static
tool ids and mcp:<server> family ids alike — the card's
discoverable set explicitly includes mcp__*. Empty in the default
mode (no preset → byte-identical behavior). A discoverable id is NOT
disabled: ResolvedToolAvailability.enabled stays true and only the
gate's mount state decides visibility.
