The first-party Copilot CLI client identity (PAT mode): the official Copilot CLI presents copilot-developer-cli plus a copilot/<version> (<os>) term/unknown user-agent when it uses a fine-grained PAT directly — the only request shape the Copilot API accepts a PAT with (the vscode-chat editor identity is honored only for exchanged OAuth tokens). fa reuses that shape with the user's own token and seat.
