The FinalizeGate (gh-1412): when true (unattended/bench runs), the loop parses the task-ledger fenced block out of the run's final assistant message and emits TaskLedgerEvent so hosts persist the hidden task_ledger session record. Default: false (interactive runs are byte-identical — the contract is unattended-only).
