SessionModelPin typedef

SessionModelPin = ({String? baseUrl, String? customProvider, String modelId, String provider})

The model binding a session's active branch was recorded with: the provider kind and model id, plus — when the leaf record was a gh-1000 model_change — the serving endpoint and the saved custom-provider ENTRY NAME that pinned the key. Public so consumers of SessionContext.model (the CLI restore, the Flutter app) share one shape instead of re-spelling the record type.
