Config-declared auth header NAME (authHeader: on a models.custom
or customProviders entry, issue #964): when set, the OpenAI-
completions adapter sends <authHeader>: <apiKey> INSTEAD of the
default Authorization: Bearer <apiKey> — an AWS API Gateway fronting
Bedrock rejects Bearer and requires x-api-key. Null keeps the Bearer
default; a keyless request sends neither (see
OpenAICompletionsOptions.apiKey).
