Starts the bridge when it is not running yet (default port bridgeDefaultPort) and mints a FRESH pairing token — any token handed out earlier stops working.

copyKeys opts the pairing into copy-on-pair: the saved providers' keys transfer once in the providersSync push and the bridge wipes its staged copy on the client's ack. Default (false) is keyless proxy — keys never leave the CLI.

Throws when the port cannot be bound; the command surfaces the error.
