UnknownProviderRoleException class final
gh-760 (review): the role's chain has NO usable entry AND the skip reasons include unknown providers — a config written by a newer app/CLI version. The boot boundary degrades exactly THIS case to the legacy single-model path; a chain whose known providers merely miss their keys throws plain ConfigException (a current-version misconfiguration stays a loud boot failure, the pre-#760 contract).
