Parses a redirect URL that never reached the loopback server — the ASWebAuthenticationSession scheme interception (callbackScheme: 'http', gh-1044 AC9) hands the callback URL straight back to the caller, so the same code/state/error query the server would see arrives as a string instead of an HTTP request.
