Duration const defaultRunIdleTimeout

Stateful wrapper around the low-level agent loop.

Default for Agent.runIdleTimeout: eight minutes of event silence outside tool execution. Legitimate silent windows are bounded well below this — the connect timeout (180s) covers request setup and the provider stream idle watchdog (300s) covers mid-stream gaps.
