AiinSurfaceClosedException class final

The mobile auth-session surface closed WITHOUT a callback — a user cancel (iOS swipe-dismissal). Thrown by runAiinConnectCliFlow under cancelWhenOpenSettles; the app's mobile branch catches it and falls straight to the paste-key fallback.
