CubeFsProbe class abstract interface

Answers "is this path a symlink, and where does it point?" — the seam that keeps CubeFsPolicy pure Dart. Real hosts implement it over the OS (LocalCubeFsProbe, exported from lib/io.dart); tests fake it.
