AgentEvent class sealed

Events emitted by the agent loop.

Ported from pi's AgentEvent union as a sealed class hierarchy. A turn is one assistant response plus any tool calls/results it triggers. Partial snapshots follow the partial-first invariant: every MessageUpdateEvent carries the live partial AssistantMessage.
