bool get isVisible

Effective visibility: baseline JSON + runtime overlays, ANDed with the element's targetWidth match against the current card width bucket.

isVisible and targetWidth are independent gates — a runtime setIsVisible(visible: true) overlay cannot override a targetWidth miss.
